Dear MEMS fella,

Can you guys tell me what is the name of the machine for checking the quality
of bonding between wafer to wafer, wafer to glass and etc? My lab is
interested in getting one and I would appreciate if you could tell me the
particulars of the vendors too. Thank you in advance.
