At what voltages/ temperatures, you have experimented?
I had bonded si-glass at 600 volts and 375 degree centigrade,
and when applied reverse potential at 1500 volts and 250 degree
centigrade(here i am attempting to bond above pair with a kovar
substrate), I found there is a formation of brown dots and a tendency
to debond.
