Hi Guys,
I'm trying to fabricate thin (100-300 nm) aluminum foil. I have seen
some evaporated on a glass substrate (regular micro slide), which can
be lifted off by simply floating them in water. I am guessing, that
there is some coating (parting off agent) applied on the glass prior
to evaporating aluminum. I wonder what parting off agent should I use
and how to apply it. Do you have any suggestions?
Thanks,
-Lukasz
