Hello all,

I'm doing hot embossing with epoxy and plastic, my structures are
10-40um large and 15-100um deep. I have some problems of sticking, when
I remove plastics from epoxy mold , it stuck a little and the structure
broke some time, does anybody had this problem and have solutions to
have nice small structure after remove from the epoxy mold.
