Hello, Girija Moona,
I saw your recent cantilever question on mems-talk and I'd be happy to give you
all the information we have on fabrication procedures. I'm relatively new to
MEMS/nanotech research but I've been doing it (with undergraduate research
students) for several years and we have successfully constructed micro-bridges
and cantilevers. I'll send a write-up of our work to your email address. Feel
free to ask me any questions you might have, in particular, requests for more
detailed instructions, since that is the sort of information that is often hard
to glean from research articles (I know!).
Regards,

There is no expedient to which a person will not resort to avoid the real labor
of thinking. - Sir Joshua Reynolds
A democracy cannot exist as a permanent form of government. It can only exist
until the voters discover that they can vote themselves largesse from the public
treasury. From that moment on, the majority always votes for the candidates
promising the most benefits from the public treasury with the result that a
democracy always collapses over loose fiscal policy, always followed by a
dictatorship. The average age of the world's greatest civilizations has been
about 200 years. These nations have progressed through this sequence: From
bondage to spiritual faith; From spiritual faith to great courage; From courage
to liberty; From liberty to abundance; From abundance to selfishness; From
selfishness to apathy; From apathy to dependence; From dependence back into
bondage. - source unknown
