I'd recommend looking into a PVD process to deposit a dielectric, not
electroplating.

Subject: [mems-talk] Electroplating Dielectric Material

Hi,

I was wondering if there is any dielectric (or poor semiconductor) which can
be electroplated on conductive surface like Nickel. Could you give brief
process for it?

Thanks,

Ricky Anthony
