What is the class/materials that exhibit electroactivity?
Who is the developer?
Who manufactures them?
Patent/License requirements?
What are the material properties?
What are the characteristics? particularly the electrostatic/dynamic
behaviorals - elongation / constriction um/volt or %linear or
volumetrics/volt, frequency response?
