Dear all,



for structuring gold layers I’m using Au etch 200 from NB technologies as a
standard process which has a very good performance. But now there is a
demand for a good selectivity to copper. It seems that there is no gold
etchant available with a selectivity to copper. Does somebody have any
suggestions?
