I recently requested any information people had on commercially available
micropumps, and while I didn't get much response on what is available, I
got a significant number of responses from people who are interested in
information that I found. I therefore decided to just post the results
here, so that everyone could see them.

These are the three institutions I found with micropumps for sale:

Mesosystems:
http://www.mesosystems.com/products/microfluidics/micropump/
Institute fur mikrostrukturtechnic
http://www.fzk.de/imt/etfm.htm
Hydraulik Nord Parchim
http://www.hnp-mikrosysteme.de/index_e.html

In addition, UCBerkeley and UWashington have designs available for
liscence.

Hope this information is helpful to all who requested it.
