Dear all,

I am currently doing numerical simulation on heat transfer inside PCR. I am
thinking of using SU-8 as material. Now I have some queries. I would greatly
appreciate if anyone working on it before can provide me with answers to the
question below.

*       Is it suitable to be used as structure materials in term of young
modulus, stress in structure and bonding strength with other materials

*       What is the thermal properties of SU-8, including thermal
conductivities, specific heat and densities and so on.
