Hi, MEMS,

        I'm a graduate student of UC Berkeley. I'm looking for companies that
provide Moly deposition service. I'd like to deposit Moly up to 3 um on 4
inch wafers by evaporation. For some reason it has to be evaporation. If
possible, the temperature of the wafer during the process needs to be
checked. The deposition rate should be around 1nm/sec.

        If anybody provide the service, or if there is anyone who know the
company,
please let me know that.
