Do you have a positive acting resist you have used? If so, then you can reverse
it using the image reversal method. You can mix imidazole with the resist or
you can use ammonia vapors to reverse it after image exposure. I will provide
more details if you are interested.

Hello,
I'm looking for a high resolution negative (or reversible) photoresist for
gold electroplating. I tried AZ 5214 but it doesn't seem to be compatible
with gold plating.
Any advice is appreciated.
Thank You.
