I am looking for a source for substrates for SAW devices that will operate in
the 200-300 MHZ range.

For ease of processing, I would prefer substrates in wafer format (4" or 6"
diameter). I haven't had any luck in locating any ST-cut quartz in this type of
format.

If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know.
