Does anyone of you know a supplier for a 3-dimensional physical model of a
silicon single crystal having the different crystal planes marked, for
example by colours ?
I am optimizing a crystal oriented wet etching process for silicon and want
to get quick impression of the different facets that devellop in the
processes, especially if something goes wrong.
