Hy,
i have a Cobilt model CA-2020(the same you have), but i don't have an
instruction
book. In particular i want to know :
1. what are the lamp characteristics?
2. what is the relation between the voltage supply and the energy(or
energy density)
radiation. In particular i have the voltage controller with two scale
(Watt and
mWatt/cm^2) as the yours i hope...
3. i want to know someting about the optical arrangement from the lamp
to the mask.
Can you send me someting or can say me a web site on which i can took
these
informations?
At soon, i hope
