Hello Folks,

I am somewhat new to Shape Memory-based actuators.  I am curious about
industrial and university developments.  I am especially interested in
interactions between typical MEMS processing (such as etchants, deposition
temps, etc.) and degradation (or enhancement) of native SMA film properties.
Also, is there a compilation of universities/companies that are working in
this
area?
