I am currently performing a finite element analysis of a bulk machined silicon
device. My references for the Young's modulus of silicon vary considerably.

Can any one suggest a good reference for the young's modulus of silicon? Also
does anyone have any hints as to how I cope with the differing Young's modulus
in different crystal orientations ( I'm working with (110) silicon.
