Hello everyone,

     Thanks to all for responding to my previous inquiries regarding
     ion milling. Before addressing that issue, however, I have a
     much more fundamental problem to solve. I'm currently dealing
     with 8-inch silicon wafers. Does anyone know of any foundrys out
     there willing to do process development work on 8-inch silicon
     wafers? I have an immediate need to characterize a fairly
     straight-forward process on 5-10 wafers. The process involves a spin-
     coating of a polyimide, metallization and passivation.
