I have the same problem. I get around the problem with a freeform database
/ personal organizer that auto matically groups incoming emails by sender
address or subject line (assuming the subject title stays the same across
emails). The package is called Infoselect v5 www.miclog.com Sorry
about the unashamed plug. I have nothing to do with the company except that
i use the package and its v. good.
