Dear colleagues,

     I am interested in measuring the adhesion strength of epoxy on the
     Polymide (passivation layer on Si chip).

     Is there any big difference if the Polymide is sprayed on a substitute
     material instead of Si chip, for example steel so that fixtures can be
     made more easily?
