Hi,
I used ANSYS for simulations of the dynamic behaviour of piezoelectric
ceramic multilayer capacitors. It worked fine, we had good agreements with
our measurements.
But you have to build a volume FEM-model, and you have to be careful with
the ratio of your geometrics.
Try http:\\www.ansys.com for more information about ANSYS
I think there is another FEM-program which can handle piezoelectric
problems: ATILA from cedrat in grenoble.
Try http:\\www.cedrat-grenoble.fr, but I never worked with ATILA.
Greetings,
Timm Leuerer
