dear mems community,

i currently work for a mems foundry/applications lab located in fremont
california.  we are presently investigating used DRIE equipment and have
located a machine called-

                Technics Macro RIE Series 8800

this particular machine is not related to the 800 series.  i have called
the parent company (technics) and they REFUSE to give out any
information on the equipment if not PURCHASED directly from them.

DOES ANYONE OUT THERE HAVE SOME IDEA ABOUT THE SPECS ON THIS THING?
