Electrodeposition of conductive polymers

Dear MEMS researchers,

We would like to laminate the magnetic core of microtransformers by
electroplating insulating material between each layer of magnetic
material.

Does anyone have any information on electroplating thin layers (less
than 5 microns) of conductive polymers and/or on how to make this layer
insulating by a post treatment.

Thanks a lot
