Subject: Electroplating Rhodium on gold pads

I noted your request for information on plating rhodium onto gold. We
are
developing a new process involving the application of active metal
paints by
painting or silk-screening so as to metallize metallic as well as
dielectric
substrates. We have developed variants of the process for copper,
nickel,
silver and a few other metals. We haven't tried it for indium or
rhodium,
but we suspect the formulations can be altered to suit.

Can you tell me the dimensions of the substrate, the coating thickness
desired as well as other requirements?
