We use a good package from Artwork Conversion Software

Tel 408-426-6163
We use their GDSII to DXF translators and a utility GDSPLOT to view the
converted files.

I am using AutoCad to do some MEMS design work, and I would like to make
use of the MOSIS service. My question is how I could convert my DXF or
postscript file to either CIF or GDSII file.
I would greatly apprecita if anybody could provide a solution for me.
Thank you in advance.
