need PMGI substitute

Hi,

I've been using PMGI SF15 with a thickness of 2.5 um for Au plating. I
was very satisfied but not any longer. Because my new processing can not
support 200 degree C soft bake which is quite necessary for PMGI.
It'd be greatly appreciated if you guys can give me some advice about a
subsitute of this PMGI product.
Besides the lower soft bake temperature(<=150 degree C) it should have
these properties:
1. not removable by Aceton
2. nice heating property ( no or little extension at 100 degree C for a
long time~3 hours)
3. common stripper, like 1165 etc.
Thanks a lot!
