Announcing the MUMPs Users Workshop

The MUMPs (Multi-User MEMS Process) user community has been growing steadily
over the past two years. As we complete our 4th MUMPs run, we have processed
well over 100 separate die designs for more than 40 organizations!

While there has been a great deal of interaction between the users and MCNC, it
has been suggested that the time is right for the users to get together and
swap ideas, comments, suggestions or just plain show-off their results.

In order to facilitate user interaction, MCNC and ARPA are sponsoring a one day
MUMPs Users Workshop to provide all past, present and future MUMPs users with a
chance to gather and interact with each other and the MCNC staff.

The Workshop is scheduled for Friday, October 21, 1994 from 8 am to 5 pm at the
O'Hare Airport Hilton in Chicago, Illinois. The Workshop is free and breakfast
and lunch will be provided.
