Ben,
I have had some success converting to and from CIF files either created by or
loaded into standard CAD tools. They have proven to be the easiest to
manipulate. I have been mostly concerned with bitmapped images (logos, device
layers, etc.), but the basic utility should meet your needs with little
alteration.
Give me a call for more details if you are interested...
Adrian

I am using AutoCad to do some MEMS design work, and I would like to
make use of the MOSIS service. My question is how I could convert my
DXF or postscript file to either CIF or GDSII file.
I would greatly apprecita if anybody could provide a solution for me.
Thank you in advance.
