Hello,

We are developing an implantable device for dispensing boluses of
medicine (in liquid form) that will be used for experimental research.
We currently use a solenoid valve (L = 2.2 cm, dia = 0.5 cm, 12 V)  to
control the dispensing of the medicine (on/off) but would like to switch
to a smaller system. I am looking for information about MEMS microvalves
that could do the job.
