Dear MEMS Colleagues,
I was wondering if you know about if it is possible to calculate inductance of a
deformable micro coil with ANSYS. I will insert the physical shape of the copper
windings as a model then apply current density and have the ANSYS calculate
inductance...? or Do you know any other software for this ?
