I want to make a note on the message that I posted previously:

I am using soda lime glass specifically for its low-melting properties.
Also, I've noticed that the email replies I've received include my posting
with an error in the depth of my channels. Every number 5 that appears is
supposed to be a "micro" symbol. That changes my channel depth from 105m
to 10microns. Much better. It would appear that I'm pursuing a new field
of dekafluidics! Probably my fault since I used an ALT code to get the
symbol. I am appreciating the comments I'm getting back. Please keep them
coming! :)

Drew
