PZT/Silicon Specimen

Dear group members,

Our lab needs lots of the following two types of PZT & Silicon specimens
for testing.

* Two PZT ceramic beams (4mm*1mm*0.5mm) adhered onto a silicon beam
(4mm*0.8mm*0.5mm). The width of the silicon beam is smaller than the one
of the PZT beams. A mask between the PZT/Silicon interface will form a 1mm
long, through the width, delaminaiton.

If you know some companies who can manufacture the above specimens
for our lab, please tell me. Your help will be much appreciated.

Sincerely yours,
Xiaoqin
