MEMS for Automobile Applications in the News
The 25 July '94 issue of "Electronic Design" (page 27) contains a short report
on the Analog Devices ADX50 micro-accelerometer. The report says that these
devices will be used in 1994 models of the Saab 9000. The report also mentions
the "test chips" that were developed for different applications and the new
Federal Technology Reinvestment Project that was awarded to Analog Devices for
"development of next-generation Micro Electro Mechanical Systems." For more
information see the issue of "Electronic Design" magazine.
