My DXF converter program can be retrieved from the following files at the MEMS
    Archive  :
    /mems/tools/DXF/DXF.c
    /mems/tools/DXF/DXFDOS.EXE

The first is for a "mostly" ANSI C program that, with minor modifications,
should compile on any platform. The second is for a DOS executable that I
compiled with the Borland's C++ compiler. Good Luck.
