Dear all,

I am working on a process for making SU-8(stvn-2) molds on glass substrate. I am
facing a problem
that the SU-8 mold starts peeling off from the glass substrate after a period of
about 1 day.

Looking at the nature of the problem, my guess is that it can be either due to
lack of adhesion
between SU-8 and glass or it may be due to development of internal stresses.

If you have any ideas about how to eliminate these problems, kindly give me your
suggestions.
