Hello MEMS-researcher,
for RF-MEMS research, I need knowledge about microwave design.
Perhaps someone can recommend a good book (microwave handbook, ...),
or some other sources of information. I'm not interested in designing
active components, I just need practical guide to coplanar
waveguides, RF-interconnections, ...
I'm sure, someone of you would like to tell me the name of his
"bible", and I'm very grateful for any suggestion.
