Since MEMS/MOEMS package is really application specific package and process,
you should mention your application to get more interest from the package
foundry.

However, you can contact with ASE (Advanced Semiconductor Engineering, Inc)
since they are doing the MOEMS package development with our special
application already.

ASE is the 2nd largest IC package foundry in the world.  Please contact
their RD project manger directly.
