I am currently working on synthesizing ZnO/ZnAl2O4/Al2O3 nanocomposites
for MEMS fabrication and would like to selectively etch, dissolve, one
or two of the three phases within the composite.  I would like to know
if anyone is aware of a solution that will selectively etch one of the
latter mentioned phases (ZnO, ZnAl2O4, or Al2O3), or if you know of
someone that I may contact about the subject.
