high pressure microfluidic alternative to PDMS?

Hi,
I'm working with microfluidic channels in PDMS and the high pressure I'm
using causes the material to rupture. Instead of going to glass or silicon
it would be convenient to have a material similar to PDMS that cures over a
relief structure and has comparable characterisitics: highly nonreactive,
low or no optical background, transparent in the visible, capable of bonding
pieces together. Does anyone know of any such magic alternative?

Thanks,

Ziggy Majumdar
