Dear Friends,
My name is Alvaro Maturell and I teach
Microelectronics at the University of Panama. I am
interested in introducing to the students some
experimental work in the field of microsensors. We
dont have a proper lab but we have a Scanning electron
microscope (JEOL JSM 5600) along with a dryer and a
sputter. We also have some laminar flow hoods and a
two stages vacuum pump. What is the minimun facilities
required to start a small lab? What kind of
experimental work is suitable to start with this lab?
Best regards,
Alvaro Maturell
