Hello Babu,
You might contact Mario Penata of Polytec PI, a California company who makes
some laser vibrometers.  He might offer advice on how to achieve a good
measurement on your device.  Much of his analysis has been done using an FFT
analyzer with a range of 100KHz, but there is a software-based measurement
solution that uses some wider bandwidth (8MHz BW) Agilent digitizers and
digital filtering, if you need to go beyond 100KHz.  The trick, of course,
is the transducer, not the measurement.  Good luck, you should be able to
