I have a single solution that can offer both of the services that you
request.  The biological laboratory work can be performed by our partner
company, Life Sciences Incorporated.  Life Sciences has a fully functional
and staffed biological laboratory running today.  Additionally, the bioMEMS
fabrication can be performed by our company Intelligent Micro Patterning.
We offer processing services for rapid prototyping of bioMEMS and other
devices.  By being able to process many different types of substrates, such
as quartz, plastics, and ceramics, we can offer unique services to you on a
low cost, rapid turnaround basis.

Our companies have formed a partnership to work together for types of
applications such as yours, as described in our October 1st Press Release.

To all,

We are trying to get information on any facilities that provide contract R&D
services for both biological laboratory work and bioMEMS fabrication; that
is, does anyone know of a facility that offers usage, space & technical
expertise under one roof?  In addition, could someone give us an early
indication of standard rate & fee schedules for such services?  Thank you
for your assistance.
