Hi all:
Does anybody know what the range of the P and B doping
in the top gladding of wave guides is. In other words:
What percentage of doping has the BPSG doped glass on
top of wave guides?
My next question would be: How precise does the doping
have to be?
Pointers to literature would be appreciated.
