-The beauty of Saber is you can make your own models for just about anything. I
have personally made models for sensors, not actuators, but I am sure it would
be similar.
-Also, there is a company called Coventor (www.coventor.com) that does MEMS
simulation using Nodal analysis... I don't believe they use Saber though.
