I saw an ad concerning the new Motorola surface miromachining
CMOS process for pressure sensors (capacitive). The main
application will be TPMS !?!

I am wondering, because MOT used the bulkmicromachining in the
past. Why now the change to Surface technology ?

Could somebody help ?
