Dear MEMS-researcher,

I've been investigating the exposure to toxic and hazardous
substances of people working in cleanrooms (like Arsenic, solvents,
...).

If anyone knows about,
- which substances should be tested in people
- which limit values are allowable
- general information about how this issue should be handled in
cleanroom facilities, how often the tests should be done, how many
people should be tested, ...

Of course, every country has different limits. But I expect, there
are some standard procedures for handling those things (given by some
international organizations).

Anyway, I appreciate any useful information or hint, thanks a lot,
