Subject: [mems-talk] Ag Etching

Hi,

I'm looking for an etchant able to remove an Ag thin film that has been
sputtered on a soda lime glass.

The glass surface must remain undamaged after the etching process.

Best regards,

Isabel Rivas Guerrero
