Just now i sent one mail with regard with your question. I made one
mistake because of uncarefulness.I still think you model doesnot have
enough constraint. If you build 2D model with shell63, you must be
careful to be the applied force direction. Otherwise, Ansys will think
you just constraint one line not one surface. so your problem will come
out. there are two ways to solve your problem

1. 3D model with solid element, constraint one end surface.

2. 2D model with shell element careful with force direction.

In fact, i just try the above.they works.
