Reduction of Wafer Size Needed
Frank Rasmussen
2002-01-03
Dear Colleagues,

I'm working on a project developing processes for post processing of MEMS on
CMOS wafers. Our CMOS circuits are processed on 6 inch wafers, but unfortunately
our research lab is only capable of processing 4 inch wafers. Hence, the size of
the CMOS wafer has to be reduced to 4 inch in order for us to produce some
demonstrators.

Is anyone aware of companies providing this wafer size reduction service ?

Thanks,
Frank
