Hi, Dear All,
I may need to fabricate two paralleled surface micromachined mirrors with a
size of about 500 mm X 500 mm. I need high reflectivity (maybe after Ag
coating) >0.9 and small roughness . I seek for your ideas for which foundry
can accept commertial jobs and their fabricated mirror surface can meet my
requirement
Your info is highly appreciated.
Thanks & regards

Hi,
Could you please tell me what kind of book should I
try to find if I want to know things about surfact
tension and contact angles between different
materials? Thanks a lot.
